Thanks for taking the time to apply to be a stallholder at National Celtic Folk Festival . 

Please carefully read the GENERAL MARKET VENDOR GUIDELINES before applying.

Please do not send payment until your stall site has been confirmed. Applications close on March 16, 2025.

All applicants will receive notification regarding the festival team's decision within 1 week of that date.

Powered sites include 10A Single Phase supply which is designated for a light power load. 

If you require power for anything over 500W please order additional power. 

All Undercover sites will come with a small light.

Preference will be given to vendors who are available for the entire weekend.
